Subsidence claim management can be difficult, especially if there is an event year. Here at Maules we are able to offer a project managed or traditional procurement route.

We can deal with any subsidence instruction from cradle to grave including all necessary investigations, monitoring, repair scheduling, contract administration, party wall and CDM.

Maules have never taken commission or sought financial gain through creating a contractor network. We are independent loss adjusters (and members of the ILAA) and affirm that the only income we receive from our instructions are the professional fees we have agreed with our principals. We are not tied to any contractor networks meaning we have flexibility in choosing contractors and all projects are tendered in free competition. Our tender results can be up to 30% lower than those from contractor networks.

We understand Insurers want reduced claim costs and reduced claim lifecycle whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. This is what we deliver to our existing clients.

We are happy to accept instructions on an ad hoc basis or as part of a fixed term contract, we offer nationwide coverage and are used to working within agreed service levels to a specified claim handling protocol.
